Terms of Service

These terms govern BetterJob365, operated by Human Co-Pilot in the United States. Use is limited to adults aged 18 and over who can enter a binding agreement. If you act for an organization or school, you confirm you have authority to bind it. A school’s involvement does not make this service available to minors. Review these terms before using or purchasing the service. Express checkout agreement applies to paid subscriptions.

BetterJob365 provides guided reflection, AI-generated career exploration, learning suggestions, job-search resources, and optional saved and shared profiles. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is not professional career, educational, financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice. No job, admission, qualification, salary, interview, or other outcome is guaranteed. Verify facts, program requirements, credentials, costs, and job availability independently. Do not use this service to make employment, admissions, or other consequential decisions about another person.

Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through Contact. Do not impersonate others, access accounts or records without permission, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, spread malicious software, interfere with the service, or abuse automated features. Submit only information you have the right to use. Do not submit sensitive personal identifiers or regulated records that the service is not designed to handle. We may restrict misuse or suspend access to protect people or the service, subject to applicable law.

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant Human Co-Pilot and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display it to provide the features you request, including AI analysis and your chosen sharing. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to share them. Shared links and coach invitations provide access to snapshots, not guarantees that a recipient will keep information confidential or delete copies. AI results may not be unique, and no exclusive intellectual-property rights in generated material are promised.

BetterJob365 Free has no subscription charge. Plus is currently offered at USD $6 per month or USD $24 per year, billed as one annual payment; $2 per month is an annual-plan equivalent, not a monthly billing option. Checkout shows the selected price, billing interval, and any applicable charges before payment. By separately consenting to recurring billing, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method at that interval until you cancel. There is no free trial unless an offer expressly says so. Future pricing changes will be communicated with any advance notice and cancellation rights required by law.

Cancel future renewal from Pricing by choosing Manage my subscription and using the Stripe billing portal. If you cannot use it, contact Human Co-Pilot promptly for assistance. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation does not itself create a refund or delete data. Plus generally remains available until the end of the paid period. Our Cancellation & Refunds policy explains refund requests and billing issues. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Saved profiles, plans, and bookmarks may remain stored after Plus ends, but access requires Plus. You can still revoke existing coach-sharing links.

An organization’s purchase does not grant automatic access to individual users’ accounts or raw reflections. Each adult user controls available sharing features. Separate written terms may be needed for institutional procurement, security review, accessibility commitments, data processing, or education-record obligations. No data processing agreement, FERPA undertaking, enterprise service level, or institutional compliance certification is included merely by accepting these consumer terms. Do not upload school-controlled education records or bulk employee or learner data before the necessary agreements and approvals are in place.

Job boards, course providers, coaches, and linked services are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. Listing a resource is not an endorsement or guarantee. Human Co-Pilot or its licensors retain rights in the service’s software, branding, and original content. You receive a limited permission to use the service for lawful personal or authorized internal career exploration, not to resell access or copy protected materials without permission.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed security. You remain responsible for your decisions and for independently checking recommendations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits remedies where doing so is prohibited, including applicable consumer protections. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an unconfirmed monetary liability cap.

We may update features and these terms, identifying the revision date and providing notice of material changes when required. Material changes affecting an existing paid period remain subject to applicable law and any required consent. Contact us first to try to resolve a concern. You may use courts and other remedies available under applicable law. No particular U.S. state law or exclusive court venue is designated until Human Co-Pilot’s state and legal entity details are confirmed; mandatory consumer rights are not waived. Cancel billing separately if you stop using or seek deletion of your account.

For service, billing, privacy, or legal questions, use the Contact page and identify the subject of your request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers. Human Co-Pilot’s mailing address, entity type, and state must be added before commercial launch.
